Sales tax is charged only on orders in which the product is being delivered to an address in Maryland.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We will accept a personal check but your order will not be placed until the check clears. (Please Contact Us for details).
We will cancel any order within 48 hours of placement. Beyond 48 hours or if, by any chance, the manufacturer or artist has already shipped your order, it will be treated as a Return.
Manufacturer’s Lead Times
Some artisans may have your product on hand and are able to ship it out immediately. Others may not begin creating your item(s) until they receive our order. On each product’s page of our website, we give you a range of time you should expect before your order is shipped to you.
We respect our customers’ privacy and protect their information. Your personal and financial data is never sold or otherwise revealed to anyone other than the Artist or Manufacturer, and then only to the extent necessary for them or for us to contact you. We will not put you on any e-mail list unless you have either requested it by signing up for our mailing list, or have purchased a product from us. In any event, your name will cheerfully be removed upon request.
Security of purchases from our online store
We comply with the SSL and industry requirements for encryption technology, so you can feel free to purchase from us securely. Once you enter the Checkout (cart) process, you should see the URL for our site begin with “https”. If it only shows as “http”, please call us and we can place your order manually.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, information, and pricing. But occasionally we need to update certain information and/or change a price. We reserve the right to do this at any time without prior notice, even after an order has been submitted.
Made in the U.S.A.
We realize that in today’s world this concept is not always easy to define, but to us it means that each product we sell was manufactured/created in the United States, and is usually, but not necessarily, constructed with American-made parts.
